How to Export
Use Export to backup your history. For privacy reasons, data is not stored on servers.
Why back up? When you change phones or you accidently clear the app data, history will be lost.
To safeguard against this, periodically use Export for backup.
Tapping Export will prompt to share a CSV (comma separated values) file with other apps on your phone.
Steps to export and save history to your Google account
- Tap the Export button
- Select the Google Drive app
- Tap Upload to save the CSV data file on Google servers
Steps to export and save history via email:
- Tap the Export button
- Select an email app such as Gmail. This will create a draft email with appropriate subject and attached CSV file
- Enter a To value and touch Send to forward the information to an email address
Advanced Usage:
The exported CSV file can also be used to load into a spreadsheet application such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. This will allow you to integrate with other data or build more complex charts and graphs.
The format of the CSV text file is:
date,count
2026-01-01,5
2026-01-03,17
...
where the number after the date is the total number of events for that day.
How to Import
Tap Import to recover previously backed up history or to load history from another source.
The format of the file of type .csv that is expected by the import operation is the same as described above for the export feature. Be sure to include the header line exactly as shown with dates that are in the past (not future).
Be aware that importing history into the app replaces any existing data whose dates match.
FAQ
What's the difference between resetting the counter for the day and clearing the counter for the day?
A reset adjusts the counter to zero. A clearing of data removes data recorded for that day. For history (trends) it may be important to distinguish between days that have zero events and days where no events were recorded.
Is there a privacy policy for this app?

How do I clear all history?
